Rates and Policies

 

 

Individual Therapy Services: 

(In-Person and Tele-Mental Health)

The process of treatment begins with a 60-90 minute initial consultation. The initial consultation is $250 and consists of a full psycho-social assessment and treatment plan. Therapy sessions thereafter are $200 for a standard 45-60 minute session and $260 for an extended 70-75 minute session.

 

Psychoeducational Evaluation:

​

A Psychoeducational Evaluation for Learning Disorders and/or ADHD is $2,500. The evaluation consists of two 3-4 hour testing sessions, one 1-1.5 feedback session, and a comprehensive diagnostic report.

Psychological Evaluation:

​

A Psychological Evaluation is $1,500. The evaluation consists of one 3-4 hour testing session, one 1-1.5 feedback session, and a comprehensive diagnostic report.

Insurance Policy:

​

I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. I am happy to provide you with paperwork to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I cannot guarantee reimbursement through any insurance company. I encourage you to explore what mental health services your insurance policy covers.

Payment Policy: 

​

Checks or cash are preferred methods of payment. I also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit cards, and Health savings cards. Payment is expected at the time of service.
